Once a patient’s treatment plan is ready, providers receive an email notification and can log in to their personal orthocaps^® account to review and refine the plan in real time. Equipped with a comprehensive range of advanced features, iSetup^® allows precise control over tooth and jaw positioning in 3D space, the incorporation of DICOM data for visualizing roots and bone, and the integration of 3D facial scans and X-rays for a more holistic view of patient anatomy.

Through the intuitive user interface, providers can easily move the positions of attachments, place orthodontic brackets and wires for Hybrid-Aligner Treatment (HAT) cases, and see where BiteMaintainers or Rainmaker appliances are planned. Built-in analytical tools allow for detailed space analyses, including tables for planned movements, tooth widths, and Bolton analyses. The superimposition features enable selective transparency of certain model segments to focus on specific treatment areas, while cross-section views give even deeper insight into individual movements. The result is an efficient, collaborative, and highly customizable virtual treatment environment that helps practitioners achieve optimal results for every patient.

Through this portal, you can submit patient cases free of charge to check if an orthocaps^® treatment is suitable. By easily uploading all relevant patient data such as X-rays, DICOM files, photos, and digital intraoral scans—you receive an iSetup® for treatment simulation and approval.

Once treatment begins, the portal supports continuous monitoring and communication. After each treatment phase, detailed Treatment Evaluation Reports (TER) are provided, allowing you to review the treatment progress. These reports include detailed tables comparing planned tooth movements to actual movements achieved. You can also provide direct feedback to orthocaps^®, making the portal an efficient communication platform for optimizing treatment plans and ensuring the best possible outcomes.

Additionally, the portal allows you to request a personal consultation with Dr. Khan to discuss a treatment plan or review a current case. This personal consultation is offered free of charge to all orthocaps^® users, ensuring you receive qualified support whenever you need it.
